Generations of my family have bought from Grandis Jewellers. There is no Jewellers in our area that come close to the knowledge and quality of Diamonds that are sold there. I have bought estate pieces. Wedding rings. Had family heirlooms reconfigured. The staff is fantastic. Maureen and Reg wonderful. I would not buy or recommend anywhere else.

Ordered a ring for Valentine's day. I was told it would be in the Thursday before Valentine's day. They said they would call when it comes in. It now a full week later still no phone call. Completely missed Valentine's day. Extremely poor service. Will never shop here again.
