I used to enjoy coming here all the time except some employees ruin the experience. One of the main employees never wants to be friendly and have a conversation. She seems to always want to rush through the transaction and get everyone out of the store. She seems very arrogant and her rushing things is absolutely rude. I try to stay away from morning/afternoons because she's always there. I'll just put it off and come before close so I can atleast get cashed out by someone who's interested in their job ...

A girl denied the adoption of a cat because she wasn't 21. Had my wife go there to check the application, to see where it says you can't adopt unless your 21. It doesn't say that. It says 18. Want proof? "discoverthetruthperth" on Instagram, picture posted there. If the application changes, it's because they are covering up the truth. Hope someone is held accountable :)

This place is the talk of Perth currently for refusing adoption to a girl who came everyday to see the cat and express interest. Figured I'd check it out. Staff need retraining in customer service. I could tell as soon as I walked through the door. That's about it. Nothing to write home about.

Came in Wednesday, looking to buy just some dog treats as I was passing through town. Came in with my Husband, and my two friends. Was asked immidatly if I needed help, said no, just looking for dog treats (I was already in the isle ) Went to the cash, at first the girl cashing me out was fine, then she asked me if I wanted to buy a dental bone. Told her no thanks my dogs teeth are fine, she rolled her eyes at me. ROLLED HER EYES AT ME. What kind of service is that. Tall blonde skinny lady. Wow.
