I had a stone chip in my windshield that had developed into an 18 inch crack. I called Novus and spoke to Shane. He was very helpful, explained what I need to do to notify my insurance co. and gave me an appointment for the next morning. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the waiting room and shop floor. Everyone was very friendly and polite. The repair job was amazing. Thank you to Shane and the Nous team for a great job.

Wonderful service! Had my windshield replaced for an extremely reasonable price (compared to other estimates in London). Was able to drop my car off before open and pick up after close without any issues. Friendly service and got me in the day after I called. Would definitely return if I my windshield broke again... hopefully not though!

I had a small chip in my windshield and they took care of it day of, no appointment needed. Staff and owner were extremely courteous and friendly. Would recommend to anyone! Great service!

Shane was very helpful informative and went above and beyond to repair some issues with a previous windshield replacement while repairing the stone chip I came in for. Made insurance and process very smooth and easy and phoned them for me to ensure rates would not increase.

I had my passenger window completely smashed in overnight from a robbery. I called novus around 2pm that day and asked for an appointment as soon as possible. Shayne was super friendly and was able to book me in the next morning. Delivered the car at 8am and by 11am I was driving out with a fully replaced new window. The window worked fine and was clean. Paid about $425 after tax. They also vacuumed up all the shards in the car interior that was left from the robbery. Shayne gave excellent service, was super professional and did a great job.
