The entire experience was an utter disaster. Two simple things needed done. They missed the boat at every turn. We had to follow up on our own endlessly. It took months to achieve the air conditioning fix. We left my car there for weeks on end (no shuttle. No car rental) thank God I had an extra car. And then while with them the car got hit behind on their small dirty packed lot. And they had no interest in owning or fixing that. The good reviews here must be his car touring friends. I have now learned through friends near by also. They had the same horrible experience to never ever return again. Covid rules are their any ? Whose your customer service rep? Oh you don’t have one! Too much to explain but to write a book. Can’t believe they still operate. Lots of new firsts imagine just like me. And with city growth this keeps them alive. A disgrace all around.

I don’t think I can say enough about how kind these people are. I brought my car to them after a dealership tried to rip me off, and they found nothing wrong with the part the dealership was trying to charge me $1,000 to replace. I will be coming to them for my maintenance from now on.
