Installed incorrect amount of Magnum plus balancing beads as per the manufacturer application chart during my first visit to have 4 new tires mounted. At the follow up appointment to add the quantity of missing beads, a tpms sensor was damaged. It took 2 additional visit(on the same day which was appreciated) before the tire was taken off and that the sensor was replaced( this service was not noted on the invoice). My tires were also inflated to 50 psi when 38 psi was specified at the first appointment. All in all my tires are still slightly out of balance after bringing the truck to another garage for a suspension inspection and realignment. I am missing one custom valve cap coincidentally on the tire that the tpms had to be replaced.
