I have no idea where the guy at the desk came from, but obviously I am not alone in saying he is rude and only knows how to read a manual for answers. Has no idea how to think outside the box. That is probably why he wears a mechanics coveralls but all he can do is answer phones. Which is a pity because he is the front of the good mechanics at the back.
