I contacted Bauhaus in search of a room divider/ceiling drapery track that I needed on short notice. Ashley is absolutely wonderful to deal with. She asked all the right questions so she was clear on what I needed and was able to fulfill the order in 2 days with stock she had available. On top of that, she was responsive and super helpful with my (many!) calls related to installation since I couldn't have an installer in to look after it with the pandemic. I will be looking to Bauhaus for my future window covering needs and telling my friends about them. Thanks for exceptional service and just the product I needed in a pinch.

I went to Bauhaus to get a quote on hunter Douglas motorized blinds for my new place, I gave the person my measurements for my windows and sliding patio door, and was told I would get a email with the quote and receive the colour samples in the mail. It has been 2 months and I receive no quote or the samples in the mail even thou I called the store 3 times to see why its taking so long to get the information. I was Reassured it was coming and it never did, I wouldn't go to this store they are very unprofessional and don't seem to concern on make a sale during this tough times. Go somewhere else!!

I ordered a custom roller shade on a budget, and got a beautiful shade made in Toronto. It was ready to be picked up extremely fast, way sooner than we expected. Super happy with the product and that it's made close by. Tonnes of selection at Bauhaus and friendly, knowledgeable staff ready to help.

Product looks fantastic unfortunately we will never know as their response time is abysmal. Follow ups were made on our part which resulted in confusing quotes with no explanation. We need blinds for an entire new build but it’s like they don’t want to take our money.
