Possibly the worst service I have ever encountered. The receptionist was the start to my bad experience when she claimed she never recievced my phone call when we clearly had called and talked to her. The man in charge of work on my car was rude and told me several times that I waited too long to get the recall done. I was only informed I had the recall on Friday before the weekend or else I would’ve brought it in sooner. I understood I was late, he didn’t need to repeatedly tell me. I also had to explain to him many times that the car was in my name and not my dads, so frustrating. He told me it was gonna take a month to do and if I was lucky, Chevy would cover it. If he couldn’t finish it in a month I would be out close to $800. One call to Forbes in Waterloo and my car will be fixed at a $0 cost to me, like a recall should be. PLUS I will have my car back in a day. We have taken our vehicles here in the past but never again. You are far better of to take your vehicles to Forbes, anywhere is better than this place.

Dan and his team did a fine job on my silverado that little extra that is hard to come by still exists here, it shows in the pride they take in their work
