Good place for auto parts. Always have everything I need in stocks. Prices are good, selection excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The location is out of the way for Kitchener Waterloo, so they don't get too much walk in traffic. Much better than Cdn. Tire. No waiting, parts pros behind the counter!

One of the guys at the front desk should be fired, bought a part they said was compatible with my car and when it didn’t work properly for my vehicle, they said it was my fault for not checking myself and would not refund me. Stay far away from this place, any other parts store would take the part back if it was not working properly especially when they said it was compatible for my vehicle. Unbelievable save yourself the hassle and go to a place that has proper customer service.
