I stopped into Heffernans back in june to ask if they could custom make me a ring with my fathers ashes embedded within the ring... I know that it has to be made from scratch and they were more than willing to help me out with this request... they spent a long 3 months creating this ring for me as they wanted to make sure it was done correctly and perfectly and there wouldnt be any issues like losing the ashes. I cant tell you how thankful I am for the beautiful job they did on this ring they truly understood what this meant to me and made sure I would be super happy with it. They were also the most friendliest of people and I would recommend them to anybody! Thank you again Heffernans I am in love with my ring and I know my dad is smiling at it from above❤😊

I had such a great experience with Heffernan's! I went in to get my rings resized and they were really helpful with sorting out the sizing concerns that I had, as well as taking a good look at the rings and suggesting some other minor changes that would help protect the rings overall. They were very safe with COVID precautions, and my rings look incredible! It's the first time I've been able to wear them in over a year, and I couldn't be happier. Glad to be able to support a small shop!

I brought in a family heirloom bracelet to be resized, Heffernan’s removed the links and reset it in just one day. Not only does it finally fit me properly, but the links are still in good condition in case they need to be added again for the next generation! Thank you!!

Stopped by to inquire about getting my ring resized since I was in the plaza and was plesantly surprised! Dropped it off and it was done in just over an hour... fits so much nicer and wouldn't be able to tell anything was done if it wasn't for the shine! Very reasonable pricing as well. Will definitely be coming back in the future.
