We made a reservation a few days ahead of time through the website and then once I came to pick the car up I was told there were no cars available and that they had tried to call (they had not). There were at least 8 cars on the lot at that time but I was told they were for sale. No other offers to help. Strongly recommend choosing a different rental in Jaco.

I rented an economic car via the internet, came to search, they made me pay extra for a total coverage plus $ 500, it was not the one from the publication, the car fails after two days and I lost the whole day when Avis solved the problem, they still charged me twice and they still do not return my money. If you book here better to know something about mechanics or pray that you get a good car.
