Great stopping point for my wife and I as we went from SJO to La Fortuna. Their grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed seeing the hummingbirds and butterflies. $10/person for a self guided tour is a little expensive but we still left with happy memories as we started on our trip.

Expensive and small. They said $30 for two adults and two kids, negotiated down to 20. We saw everything in under 20 minutes. There were maybe 5 hummingbirds, but the butterflies were really nice.

Lovely little spot. Stop here on your way to arenal mountains for a welcome break from the roads. You will be amazed by the Butterflies and hummingbirds. Very quaint and welcome atmosphere. For sure a great way to wind down and observe some local wildlife. There is also a mini market, if you need anything for your onward journey.

This is well worth a short stop... beautifully presented butterflies in a natural setting but the hummingbirds are simply magical....we could barely drag ourselves away from them

Loved this place great staff. Plenty of photo opportunities for butterfly and hummingbirds a must visit for Costa Rica
