Great place to enjoy nature. Close to San Jose city and a wonderful place if you want to ride a bike... I fully recommend this place to bikers.

Did not go in, because it cost USD $10 per person ?!?!?!?!?! This of course is for the non-CR residents. (1000 C for residents.) It did NOT look that interesting to us. There was no other car than ours today. I am not sure what the previous people are talking about. Some picnic tables, and small ponds that you can walk around and a monument (likely more valuable for the Ticos)....all for $10/pp. We didn't have money to throw away this time. Also the google map seemed a bit off (unless there are 2 entrances but the one we saw way much farther up). Do not go.
