Very nice place to visit on a sunny morning. Very clean. Very friendly staff. You can buy a coffee in reception if a rain shower interrupts your visit. Intense rain at the start of your visit will get you a rain pass for another day. Would have been a 5 Star rating had there been reasonable handicapped access.

Great place to spend a few hours in san Jose...one of the only family friendly activity in a dump of a city

It's kind of a smallish reserve, pricey for the size, and not much a far as translation services. I expected to be able to interact with the displays and read and learn, but they have static displays and no translations of the displays, so I can say, Nice butterfly's, I'm not sure what they are describing...
