Not for the weak at heart... Or out of shape 😳, but well worth it if you feel up to it. BEAUTIFUL waterfall at the end and a few smaller falls and pools to swim in along the way. It is expensive! $20 a person. I'm sure there are free hikes and falls in other areas, but the view from start to finish on this one was amazing. 👍 We didn't rush any of it, stopped a couple times along the way to sit, hydrate, check out the views and catch our breath and took us almost 4 hours round trip. I recommend bringing a light lunch (you don't want to carry too much extra weight) to sit and eat and enjoy at the big waterfall. Overall, it's a bit pricey and a moderate level hike but totally worth it. You will not regret it if you go. I hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

Well maintained trail. Fee is $20 for adults, $10 for kids. Out, pictures, swim in a natural pool, more pictures :) took us 4 hours with no rush. Mostly uphill on the way back, so a bit challenging return. Worth it.

Great hike with an awesome waterfall. Swimming in the creek was a nice cool off before the hike back up. Saw poison dart frogs and scarlet macaws along the way.

Not an easy hike back up but we'll worth it

This is the waterfall to see in the area, IF you are well rested, hydrated and in decent shape. There are several pools to swim in and the main fall is absolutely breathtaking: seriously it's like a cat 5 hurricane if you are brave enough to get close! The hike is arduous and slippery. Wear solid hiking footwear and bring water. A snack isn't a bad idea too. I brought bug repellent and I'm glad I did, they like white meat lol. A gopro or waterproof housing for electronics helps get the best shots!
