UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia

Definitely one of the most unpleasant visits to the bank I have ever experienced. The "bank adviser" obviously knows best what is best for you, even if he does not even ask what you are using or want to use. All the services of other institutions are useless and you should discard their cards. The fact that he can also teach about such banality as how many numbers you dictate an account number to is funny. The bank is a place where I expect a professional against each other. Not only by knowledge, but also by performance. But I definitely didn't see that here. UniCredit as a bank has not inspired me twice - the inability to do a lot of things online (even changing a forgotten password) is crucial for me nowadays. But only the meeting with the local "adviser" confirmed to me that there is no point in staying here.
