This bank is only causing me problems. Absolutely unprofessional approach. In the call center they are not able to say anything about your problem, they always send it to the branch in Liberec. I never had any large sums in my account at this bank, but for some reason they asked me for a piece of paper proving where I got the money from. "Because of our Czech laws", - the lady told me on the phone. Then they blocked my account without calling me and letting me know. I only found out when shopping in the store. Reason for blocking - ID has expired. I had to go to the branch in person to have the BRANCH DIRECTOR unblock it. Yes, the branch manager decides whether you will be able to use the funds in your account. What if I was abroad or I wouldn't be able to arrive at the branch in person? What if I didn't have an account at another bank? Shouldn't I have access to my money? I've had enough and terminated my contract with the bank. I hoped I would have nothing to do with them anymore. But now I'm getting a text message that a new card is being prepared for me. I have to deal with it again. Again, they can't answer anything in the call center. Again, I have to waste my time solving problems with the bank, even though I have a contract with them. I absolutely do not recommend.

I call it a strong approach. If I want you as a new client, tell you things that are not true and then they will calmly say that no one could promise that I understood it evenly. The best in this is Miss Monika K. Massacre...

An absolutely unprofessional woman works there, her name is Monika Koravská. He smacks and charges his phone when he has a client at his desk. He'll wait. It is unconcentrated and when it confuses something, it will tell you in peace that it can not be repaired.
