But she advised me with the problem, together we solved it to our mutual satisfaction, so good. It just wouldn't hurt to respond to a client's greeting. I think that responding to a good day and goodbye is part of proper communication with clients. Compared to other branches, I missed a polite GOOD DAY, WHAT CAN I HELP YOU with, etc.

A really unpleasant visit. Unfortunately I cannot name because I had to leave with disgust immediately. But this is a dark blonde lady, whom I came with a question. The lady was very arrogant and did not even bother to say hello. She didn't even let me finish, and in the middle of me she said, "No. I think a man who does this should not work among people. Is this customer-friendly?
