This may no longer meet pre-Flood standards. Fio Banko, do for us, the clients, at least by providing your ZCs with training in the field of communication and education. A roaring, incomprehensible, irrational engineer. Try to do the recruitment better. You're a bank, not a hangout. Try to start with a mystery shoper, and you will find that everything is wrong with this branch. When your girls are so frustrated they can't even say hello. The worst bank branch of my life. So that's a nice disgust. I came to the bank at 13: 45h. In front of me 2 customers and 2 bankers. Of these, one was just being serviced, and the other banker of the watching watched us, the other two customers stepping nervously. After 30 minutes, the score is still 2: 3. I give up this match, because of my nature I would send them to where they came from about 30 years ago. You make me sick

In a word, appalling. Staff absolutely unprofessional. Recently I visited the branch because the payment was sent incorrectly, Mrs. Peter J. did not send me to work. Maybe she couldn't do anything about it, but a little empathy and decent behavior wouldn't hurt. (But maybe she had a bad day ..) The second time I was forced to visit the branch, because I necessarily and mainly needed to withdraw money and unfortunately only one ATM did not work, I came decently, of course greeted and asked if I can withdraw money with her, because the ATM does not work. I note that there were 3 employees and not one client, just me. When Mrs. Petra J. again told me that she would call me, I was amazed and again I told her that I was in a hurry and that I would not go there, but the ATM simply does not cooperate. At that moment, she threw the expression that I was bothering her (twisting her eyes) and waiting to wait, I replied that she was as pleasant as last time. Because I vainly thought they were there for customer service. Probably not. (That another bad day?) She rolled her eyes again, and then she just asked for OP .... I don't have any more words, just that there are employees who don't really belong there.
