I brought the bike for repair and service. When I checked it at home, I found out that I had paid CZK 1,000 for nothing. I don't mind paying for honest work, because I believe that this is how a sustainable business works. When I pay for "service", I expect the diagnostics to be done honestly. When I brought the bike back the next day, it was impossible to ride it, I was told "it's spinning," and also "we don't have time to ride all the bikes we repair." OK, I take note of this, but I should have been informed of all this on a level playing field. What do I pay for the bike service, if it is not possible to ride it?

absolutely great approach, I originally forgot about this shop and went to the bike show, but there it is a total disinterest and reluctance, here it is the exact opposite, the bike was chosen in 20 minutes
