In a conversation with a bank employee, I felt like being interrogated by the Gestapo. "How much do you plan to spend monthly from your account? - I have no idea! I will spend as much as I need! - No, tell me how much!" "How much money do you think will be transferred to your bank account per month? - I don't know, it can change from month to month! - No, tell me how much!" They asked for proof of my income tax for the past year and so on - for almost an hour! They actually talk to you as if you just robbed their bank and they strongly suspect that you have their money in your backpack. I am a US citizen and they said that it's the standard "check up" for all foreigners who want to open an account in their bank! They did not open an account for me, because I didn’t have proof of tax payments for the last year with me at the bank!!! I left and about 15 minutes later I had already opened an account at Raiffeisen Bank, where they serve clients, instead of annoying and humiliating them. Don't waste your time at this shabby, it's not worth it. There are many banks in Prague where they treat you like a customer, not like a suspect.

The worst branch in Prague. Dealing with clients is appalling !!! Very arrogant employee on deposits… unpleasant and rude, I don't know much about my job. I'm really considering canceling and canceling my account.

I very positively evaluate the fast, helpful and empathetic approach of employees in dealing with their mother's inheritance. Unlike other banks, everything went VELMi smoothly, pleasantly and with the smiles of employees. I especially appreciate the approach of Mr. Lukáš Popelka and the lady or lady cashier.
