I have not seen any such pleasant and willing employees. All employees are pleasant, they help, it's just not the only mistake! I recommend!

Very good service, very nice and helpful staff, it's your turn to get there quickly. They have a cash register and customer service. They solved any of my requests. I come here often. The employees have enough that they would not have to take a lunch break and just take turns. I recently found out that someone is stealing my account after paying online. At the branch, they printed out my statements for half a year and went through the individual payments with me and that there were. Two workers took care of me, one taught a new one. She was nice to her and explained everything to her slowly, as shown by a good team of employees.

I don't like this branch. When I had a problem so niches did not invent a solution. I always had to join myself. Recently, my father set up an account for me, and the lady put it on the counter because of the squabbling (her father is easily upset). Then, when I arrived and joined the negotiations, she began to argue with them. Really unprofessional approach.

Thumbs up for being served by the lady a few minutes before closing time. I would very much welcome at least one day at six.

The post office is still the same, but Barrandov and its surroundings have grown a lot. Although there are 5 obstacles in the post office and employees are trying to comply, waiting time is large.
