Worst customer support ever! I do nit recommend you to go to fio bank in this branch, at least until they hite someone better to work there as customer service.

This is bank is good for us. We have not any problems in this FIO - Luziny department.

This branch looks and works like the complete opposite of their famous commercial: reluctant, arrogant, "rough", slow, incompetent.

They have plenty of time for everything, that it doesn't have to apply to the customer, so they really don't let that disturb them.
