Today I saw a campaign on TV for entrepreneurs and a new company and I had to laugh here. The reality is like this I verified: 1: credit card up to 50,000 CZK / nowadays it's more for 1 rent so a completely meaningless offer for companies / 2. Loan up to 1 million crowns after verification by a special team and after checking and filling out forms and introducing the company ./Long process / I spoke with a specialist for corporate customers. He could not answer so I asked to be transferred to a specialist and it was refused. SO KOMERCNI BANKA DEFINITELY NOT! I DO NOT RECOMMEND, by the way, I move between entrepreneurs and we have a lot of information about how KB's services work!

There is no time for others, because the complaints of clients who got into the board happily are constantly resolved! No diplomacy or level. I do not recommend !!!

My favorite branch and very nice ladies, who always willingly and in detail consulted everything. Professional conduct and helpfulness. Special thanks to Mrs. Hana. I wouldn't change the bank for anything.

I can't rate the branch as a whole, but I have one very specific rating. From May to August, I and the branch now dealt with a card payment complaint with one large foreign company. Mr. Marek B. from this branch called me and I must say that he was very helpful, professional, incredibly helpful. He solved everything with the given company for me, because a normal ordinary citizen would not have a chance against a foreign company of this type. I am very satisfied with the result and the approach of this gentleman working at this branch and I can only recommend it for me. If I need anything in the future, I will turn here again without hesitation. Big thanks! R. B.

An empty branch and yet a long wait for the director of the branch, who is said to be the only one who opens new accounts. When I saw through the glass wall that other KB employees from the branch still came to his office and had no client there, I left. Just like in an advertisement for Airbank. I do not recommend.
