I was contacted by phone by Mr. Ing. Jan Lemčák regarding the possibility of obtaining a new payment card and during the consultation we came to the conclusion, among other things, that it is necessary to update the OP. So we agreed that I would stop directly at the branch in Metropolis Zličín (I don't have the option to scan) - although I have a closer branch around my place of residence, I decided to take a longer trip based on a pleasant phone call and I must admit that I definitely do not regret it. Very professional and pro-customer, yet personal approach from Mr. Ing. Lemčák was definitely worth a visit to a more distant branch. He answered all my questions clearly, advised me on what and how, and even without a single mention, he extended his working hours ... For the next time, I will not hesitate who to contact about my bank's services. Thank you! :)

If I solve anything with mBank in the future, then ideally through Mr. Lemčák. First we dealt with things by phone and then in person during the visit to the branch, in both cases he proved to be a very professional banker with a human approach and a sincere willingness to help. Man in his place.

We thank Mr. Jan Lemčák for spending about 45 minutes to us yesterday after closing time, was nice and answered all our questions. Such a willingness in the lockdown really pleasantly surprised. At the same time, I ask mBank to update the Opening Hours on Google, where it is still stated until 9 pm, and in fact it is until 7 pm.

I have a card and an account from this bank, but it's all useless to me because the bank has blocked this card for me without any reason. When asked by phone, why? It crashed on some awkward code that no one knows. And so I have no access to the account. Send YES selection but not. Recommend - Not recommended? Let everyone decide for themselves.
