Had great hours before...now it seems they ready don't care about their customers....started looking for a new bank that understands people work during the week...closing at lunch time everyday is the most customer unfriendly thing I have ever seen....

I would like to thank TOMÁ PAVLÍČEK, Branch Manager, who was there to create a new card because the old one should end up with a completely unprofessional approach in a few months. I do not understand how such a person can be a manager and buzz others when he is completely unprofessional, incapable and unable to keep his word. Theoretically, this also implies inability, ignorance, non-professionalism of the rest of employees - see. complaints from other clients. I was there January 15, complaining about any previous bad experience with KB and moreover, I found that the account, which was to be free of charge took me money in hidden fees that are not visible on the statement at all! With the gentleman I expired the old card and dealt with a new one. The old card ended on January 29th, since then I was without a card and no possibility of any purchase or payment! I called the line where a good lady dealt with me and told me that the new card was not applied for at all! Then she switched me to MANAGER PAVLÍČEK, who lied to me on the phone that the card was somewhere, probably at the post office! I asked the manager in question to call me and tell me when to expect the card. And the same day I received a message from KB that I was creating a new card. I needed cash, so I applied for a cash withdrawal at a branch, saying that I wasn't going to pay for a withdrawal if I still didn't get my card due to Mr. Pavlicek. THE MANAGER promised to arrange everything and tell the lady about everything at the counter, as well as not paying a fee. What was my surprise that the MANAGER did not keep his word and they had no idea at the counter. Incidentally, the manager has not called when to receive the card to date! To date 10.2. card still not available. On the line they told me that the card is on the way and it has Czech Post, which was handed over 6.2. ordinary letter. So even the urgency of the situation comes to me God knows when, there is no record of where it is now and when it comes to me. I am 18 years old and I can guarantee that I have been extremely patient with this bank. I thank Mr. MANAGER PAVLÍČEK that he finally forced me to leave the bank!

Terrible. There are still 1 operator at the checkout and still uncomfortable and slow. Big deals are made at the one and the same cash desk. That take a trictvrte hours. It happened to me three times already. There should be a special box for such transactions. Last happened to me that it was open until 5:00 pm I came in v16. 15 I was 2 at the box office again big transaction after a queue of queue at 16.45am Mrs. Cashier announced that she will not take us to come the next day. He will not be able to finish by 17.00. Sorry but how much is the last customer taken when I entered there in 16.15.zachvili it would arrive to the last customer in 15. O0 or how! Today visit after more than a year. The branch is renovated and has a pleasant impression, which unfortunately cannot be said about the local services. At the time of the visit (17:00), almost empty; one cash desk closed, the other lady, probably in training, was carrying out an endless transaction with a more experienced worker. Though the second in the order, the situation gave the appearance of a really long wait. Unfortunately, unfortunately, I got the unpleasant impression that a cashier at work had little advice. Surprisingly, I wanted the money I was carrying to go to the right account ... I don't want to wrong anyone, but with every minute I spent, my trust was smaller and smaller. Totally arrogant attitude, lack of interest and the result of a person by reference to internet banking even if I can not do the service. That's exactly why people are changing the bank and I'm going to change it too.
