Air Bank

I wanted to become a client today (office Černý most), but quite rudely turned down because I MUST speak Czech. When I pointed out that this can't be an official requirement, she smiled and said (in Czech) that she basically doesn't care. So, she continued with her smartphone on whatever she was doing... Couldn't believe my ears. I can't imagine that I would act on my job like that. :)) Called Airbank helpdesk, and they were very friendly and helpful (in English), so I hope this is an isolated case of somebody who couldn't care less.

Honestly, dealing with them is sweet and fast .... I opened an account with them within minutes of permissibility, but .... the problem is in the language, but I learned a word from the whole of their site in the Czech .... But everything I go to the branch and I have a problem to solve and I stand and the most important thing is the passport You I have had a great experience every time I walk in at this particular branch

A bank that thinks of people? Are you serious? If you don't need anything from Air Bank, it's a great bank. But as soon as you need something from the bank so you are sorry ... Because I do in the bank unfortunately I have a comparison. Good products, but don't really want anything from them. It's not, I don't know, I can't help ... That's the Air bank.

ATM deposit does not work when you need it most.

I am a new airbank client, I wanted to speed up some applications by signing the necessary documents at the store, unfortunately my first impression was not entirely positive. The branch assistant went to dinner during a very busy time on Friday afternoon, when customers leave work, even though there were 3 other customers waiting in the queue and his colleague was serving another client. I know they need to eat, but the branch assistant should be able to evaluate the situation and primarily handle the clientele and then go eat. I myself spent more than ten minutes waiting ... then I gave up with one client at the same time ...
