I did not experience worse behavior. I visited this branch on December 29, 2018 and went to the cash desk. Miss or lady at the box office was very uncomfortable and reluctant. I wanted to put a certain amount on the building account. I handed her the paper on which the account number was. The lady did not know any advice ... I was told that this will definitely not go into the system, let me go to another branch and on another day. Because I told her again that it is a building and I need to put the money on my account for the max until the end of the year and I have it here personally, so after my request, it was called on the infoline. He did not say, and I was told that on Saturday about 11am. In the morning, nobody is working on the info line, let me really go on another day. She then noticed that the building account had a different ending than the 5500 and that I would have to pay 600Kč for the transfer to Raiffeisen Building Savings Bank account. It was really a real blow to me ... and I did not want to pay the fee. So in the last case, I asked where the nearest branch of Raiffeisen Building Savings Bank is ... the account was looking for an information leaflet with an orange logo for about 5 minutes and then she told me they did not have it, that it was a branch somewhere in Zizkov and that I have to go google. So I did so and left with empty :-) Negotiations and behavior really without level and I would like to send my best to the courses of good behavior. This bank has never been.
