Absolutely crazy experience in the form of waiting for the box office (45 minutes). It takes employees ten minutes to serve one client at the cash register. The branch manager should think about it and the cash register capacity should be increased.

They terminated our non-profit animal contract without any notice and did not give a reason. They do not want to tell us at the branch or via internetbankig. Unserious actions. I absolutely don't understand. We have no debts, we have never borrowed and we do not really commit any crime. Of course, it made our lives very complicated, because we have an account published everywhere and we keep a properly reported and controlled collection. So we still have to deal with the office. It's scary.

Unprofessional and reluctant Mr. Leader. Very bad impression from the phone call and even worse from the personal meeting. The overall rating of 2.8 seems to confirm that this branch is not thriving.
