BAD customer service. If you are a foreigner do not open an account in this bank. Their customer service hangs up the calls becasue they dont have English speaker customer service agent.

There is nothing to complain about, I can only recommend it. I experienced a professional approach, even though I just forgot the password for internet banking.

Very unprofessional negotiations. It is a bank swept against foreigners. If you are not a CR or try to open an account. I have not experienced such a hearing and action yet. Never more Equabank .... but TV advertising is nice, unfortunately that's all.
