I do not recommend, they have a terrible mobile application. In the "My Documents" section, I upload the required documents through the application in the morning and the document goes to the status "waiting for verification" and thus waits all day and then disappears from it - they simply delete it! When I log in again to see if they have verified the document, I find that it is simply not there. The situation was repeated several times, I uploaded the documents 4 times in one week and always deleted them for no reason and did not send a message with an explanation to the customer! Also, applying to IB is unnecessarily complicated through double verification. And the branches in the capital canceled, leaving one at the Czech-Moravian-just disaster, you can stand there queue until Christmas!

What I have seen for the last two weeks with this institution is like a bad dream ... first they unreasonably cancel the ING account, acknowledge their mistake, but they do not generally inform about the further procedure or the actual cancellation. So I have two weeks trying to get to my money or at least to talk to someone competent (if in general in the polished building someone also sits) and not people from telebanking, who provide each phone call different information. Also, no one responds to emails ... So not a single star for me if it could.
