Slow People work there

Although I am not a client of UCB, but at this branch the employees met me perfectly ...... I would like to praise such an approach :-D

A well-functioning branch, I have visited several times recently and each time without any problems. Mrs. Čonková is especially nice and helpful.

The worst branch. Nobody knows anything, nobody knows anything, it is a miracle to call, as well as meeting a banker who speaks the Czech language (understanding Slovak is probably the client's duty ...). It cannot be published without an asterisk, so I must award at least one.

I told the lady that there was no ATM, she said there was another one. I tried not to get people there with a card in an ATM, but probably naively.
