Today I was at the branch in Letňany and I was extremely satisfied. I received above-standard service. I was in charge of the terribly kind and helpful Mrs. Hrubá and sympathetically and very willing Mr. Škamla. We just went to open an account for children and we left after almost 2 hours and I not only had accounts, but also advised and helped me install a smart key, mobile payment, we put together my existing investments, set up new ones, consulted with insurance, etc. We were with Mr. Šklaml. they went through the investment, he explained everything to me in detail, he set it up, he helped with everything that can be done with a mobile account. Both of them were very willing to help me with everything, together we changed pins, forwarded money, etc. This is how I imagine above-standard services. Thank you very much both and I wish other satisfied customers. The whole branch seemed pleasant and I already know that I will only go there. Thank you.

Banks and everything about bureaucracy would rather be postponed, as this is not pleasant. At this branch, I met a great approach of young people who enjoy working and the whole visit (several visits) regarding car financing was pleasant. We equipped everything without any problems and straightforward. The approach has always been completely TOP and I have nothing to complain about. The employees of this branch, Roman Mutl and Katerina Vedralova, complemented each other perfectly in the process of solving financing, as they took time off during the process, but this did not affect the process itself. On the contrary, one pleasant and willing person was replaced by a species, adequately informed about everything. So I didn't have to spend a minute longer at the branch longer than I had to (although in this case I wouldn't mind at all :) :)). So thumbs up and so on, I know that when I need to deal with things in the bank, I would like to come and consult directly at the branch.

Today I visited this branch for the first time, I was served by Mr. Mutl, who solved my problem with logging in to internet banking within a few minutes. I appreciate the kind and professional approach to the customer. I warmly recommend!
