DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. Hands down the worst bank you could ever use. Horrible customer service, incompent, and unprofessional. Leave customers without debit cards for WEEKS without access to money. Go ANYWHERE ELSE

Good service and very helpful employees. It's a good choice if you don't need any credit card with insurance included. If you want a card with insurance I would look elsewhere or read extremely carefully all their terms an conditions.

BAD customer service. If you are a foreigner do not open an account in this bank. Their customer service HANGS UP the calls becasue they dont have English speaker customer service agent.

Cuban Ph.D.student with american permanent residence and American company employee in Czech Republic first time trying to open a bank account in the Czech Republic. I've just come to this bank, because someone recommended me to banker Jan Bauer, who also speaks English, unfortunately, there are still people in this century like this supposed banker, who was not able to have a friendly conversation and to show customer service skills. This supposed banker named Jan Bauer, was arrogant, irrational and also the worst a racist, which discriminated me totally just for the sake of showing him my Cuban passport. He told me very rude, that I could not open a bank account and also that I would not be able to open it in any bank in the Czech Republic. The worst thing about my experience in this bank is that at that moment there was another banker and she was not able to correct the behavior of her colleague, remaining silent all the time in the face of this discriminatory attitude. Of course I have been able to open bank accounts in the Czech Republic, and I also have a bank account in Spain and I have a bank account in the USA and all are open with my Cuban passport and I have never had any problem until the day I met the discriminator and not very ethical Jan Bauer and his colleague in this small, but discriminatory Prague Lazarska Equa Bank brench.
