Visiting this branch was really a massacre. I just caught some apparently newcomer, who apologized to me at the outset that he didn't control so much with what I was going through and he had to turn to his colleagues. Until then, no problem. That he needs to learn fully. But what I came up with was a very sensitive topic, for which I expect discretion and not that all 3 colleagues will meet at the computer and shout as "no, * you * have to enter it like this, then OVSko." So everything is private. The whole process took 35 minutes, as we had to repeat the employee again and send it to the office due to some inspection of the employee. When I was leaving, some ladies came to the bank, foreigners who apparently wanted to open an account. The lady said to them, "Well, I don't know English," she turned from behind, and it was quite clear that she hoped they would leave. Well, I don't know if I should choose the word comic or horrible, but I have never experienced such a meeting. And by the way, because of something that another bank can do playfully online.

This is a bank of fraudsters who lure you to a favorable interest rate of 1.6%, which they guarantee until June 30, 2020 - the money will not be warmed up in your account for even two days and the interest will be reduced without any prior information. It's a very frivolous act and the bank is obviously run by a bunch of dilettantes. Even a trained monkey would do better. I recommend that clients file a collective criminal complaint so that this institution loses its banking license as soon as possible. I will certainly file a complaint with the CNB.

Everything went well. Madam, she explained everything, we signed and I left in 10 minutes. When another client arrived, another bank advisor arrived to avoid having to wait. I have no reason to give a negative review.

Again, as in a Florence office, incredibly unwilling, even hostile and verbally almost aggressive. Small space, no privacy, no numbers, so one has to guard against someone being overtaken, there is no place to wait (one seat, no space). Really bad ...
