Pathetic bank, pathetic branch. I have been trying to open an account since more than one month and still haven't received my bank details. There is only one lady in the branch always, who doesn't speak good English. I have gone to the branch myself 6 times and she always have an excuse that my account is in process. She says she will send me an email when the process is done and I never received any email. Plus she write down my phone and email data on a chit of paper. No online account opening form, no customer service, highly dissatisfied.

Unfortunately not a very pleasant experience , arrogance, hostile, not helpful at all. Was rather negative. I will not visit this branch anymore. I am sorry to say that this behavior is unacceptable and turning away the customer.

At the first visit the staff was busy, so they promised to let me know by phone how to pay off the loan. I waited for a week, wanted to urge by phone, but the call was carried (I reached the central office where they promised to notify me, again without feedback), so after a week I came in person to tell me that they can not meet me.
