The settlement of the matter itself, ie the renewal of the banking, has already taken place ... even though the meeting swallowed 4 pages of paper from our forests. Feelings somewhere in the middle, pro-client it is not yet, but since the last experience a shift :-)

KB should think about who it employs in its ranks, as this casts a very bad shadow on society as a whole. After Mrs. V.V. (KB Krakov) I demanded the cancellation of the account and very quickly dismissed me, as a small farce, that I have to go to my branch, where I have managed my accounts with KB over half of Prague. I was not offered another alternative. However, I checked the indifference and arrogance of this lady at the KB infoline, where, on the contrary, the kind and helpful lady told me that the account cancellation is going to any branch. Mrs. V.V. she was pleasantly surprised after coming to the mentioned branch in Prague 8 again, when the lady's behavior suddenly changed into a willing lady. It's all about people, so watch out for the branch in Prague 8, Bohnice - Krakow.

I have bad experience with this KB branch. I was told wrong information about account cancellation fees. Subsequently, I asked Mrs. Horáková to refund these fees, today it is more than a month and no fees arrived, communication zero. Not recommended!

I have a bad experience with Mrs. Vlasta Vaňková from this branch of Łódź, promising information and no longer telling them, not responding to emails. Similarly, I had another cousin with this lady, with the promised addition of information to the meeting no longer bothered to call or write. I do not recommend.
