Catastrophe. I called the branch to ask for some information about the money exchange and the account. The lady who picked it up told me the first information totally wrong, when I told her that it was not so that I had it verified from the CNB. So she told me the moment I would check it out and then put it down. I didn't even get an answer to the second question! Total incompetence.

I came here to stop the card and left with the card canceled, but later I received a replacement with a fee. There was no talk about the replacement card. However, there are welcoming rooms and helpful receptionist.

I recommend a sample example of incompetence. If you have enough time and want to see how the employees have a good time and have a snack, so this branch is probably operated. Certainly not for business customers. After this experience, consider canceling the account.
