The bank refused to help me in English, although I could have easily translated the one question I had in Czech.

And I have enough of the whole Czech savings bank !!! Cash registers are canceled everywhere, and when I need to deposit money into someone's account, I pour from devil to devil! This branch is the only one in Prague 7 where there is a cash register. But it didn't work today !!!!!!! Like don't be mad at me. But I don't have a place to deposit in my account in Prague (!)?! You can close all those branches right away

I absolutely do not understand the customer welcome system. I said that I need to exchange Czech crowns to Polish zloty, so she told me there was no problem and sent me to the checkout. I waited for the treasures about 15 minutes before my turn. And then I found out that the zloty were not leading: D So what's the dude there is: D If they had a ticket vending machine instead, and the woman went to sit at the counter, they'd do much better. Anyway, it was the last straw. And after 15 years I will end up saving money in Czech.

Very annoying cashier!
