UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia

I just asked for the help with installation the Smart Banking application on my phone. The bank employee said that I have to do this myself and she is not going to help me with this. Surprisingly, but I CANNOT do this myself, because I don't know some security codes which should be provided by the bank employee. So stupid. Such a terrible customer service.

Bad rates, lazy employee.

Employees didn’t seem to do their job properly. Zero communication between the employees and the clients in the bank. Dull attitude and response from the workers.

Awful behaviour from all staff. Which is the purpose to wait in the q and when comes my turn employee to reply me not now, I am busy?This the reason that I will leave from this bank

This is the worst branch of the bank in Prague, an arrogant staff that is unparalleled nowadays !! this branch should be abolished or immediately demolished and the current employees fired immediately !! I'm leaving this bank today
