Had negative experience with the bank. Had to accomplish money transfer. A banker made a mistake in the account details, I had to wait for 5 days to get notification about error, whereas they mislead me with "success execution", Over 2-3 days that just created reclaim as a result over 8 days working days transaction were not completed. As a result out of investments, bad reputation.

Be aware of some limits for money withdrawal. You supposed to order well ahead before visiting the bank.

Terrible bank

I can't recommend this bank. If I omit the fact that the new customer has the best position and they are clearly coughing up the existing one (see eg savings accounts), then their "scoring" regarding revolving loans (eg RB MALL credit card) is absolutely sad. I went through all the banks without any problems, but not here even after the complaint. So all that remains is to use the products of competitors.

I switched from AirBank due to a good appreciation on the Savings Account about two years ago (but it's a thing of the past, no one will give you 3% today), and I'm still satisfied, except for some minor communication discrepancies with the credit department. I guess I was lucky with a personal banker. The loan settled until the next day, the postponement of repayments due to the covoid was settled without any problems and quickly.
