I came 2 working days later and again the same scenario, with the only difference that I left after 10 minutes.

The bank is empty, the staff cashless services among themselves talking about their free time. Ticket press time 10:10. 10:27 leaving without processing. So this really surprised me at ČSOB.

Dear Mrs. Ladrova allows herself for inadmissible communication with customers, she expresses her personal opinion on the situation that needs to be resolved. She said several times that she was not allowed to serve me because she didn't have time for that, and she advised me to contact another department.
