I used to be a fan, but recently this bank locked me out from my account for more than two months. I was unable to access my funds and none of the employees could help my cause. They also ask you for additional legal documents not required by other banks. The layout of the mobile app after the rework is the most confusing I've seen in a bank. I never spent less than 10 minutes in the call center. 5 minutes of talking to a robot and 5 minutes on hold. If you are looking to open a regular account, check out equabank, they have better rates for everything and they're just around the corner.

One of the worst experiences of my life. The staff was very unprofessional and the whole experience was extremely uncomfortable. On top my card has never been delivered, even after several follow ups with the bank. 6 weeks after opening the account I decided to close it.

The young lady from the mortgage was very professional. She devoted herself to me as much as possible and was always available. I am completely excited about her approach. Too bad I don't take those mortgages anymore.
