Shortly after that I was "buzzed" by pardon, I wanted to say that I had to have a deposit on my account. I sent them "somewhere." Mistress deposited 5 in this account, five Czech crowns. That lasted for a while, but it did not satisfy the powers. Again and again, I repeat AGAIN I began to "buzz" sorry, I wanted to say chase to add some documents. I did not want to go to the branch and so I took advantage of the possibility of secure portal KB-bank (I could still log in without problems), sent the scanner of the required documents. I thought this is done. BUT !!! Eventually it ended up (at the moment) so that it prevented me from logging in to internet banking. They say I can unblock it at ATM = I don't have any card-? Or on my KB-bank profile = I can not login-? or at a branch where I'm not very willing to go. I have an account only for possible court needs and otherwise I do not use it. The service is really quite desperate the employees take turns there as on a treadmill. It seems to me that they send young officials there for training and then send them on. The advantage is a non-stop ATM, which is outside locked hours in a locked area. Admission is to the card. You have the privacy to choose your finances. But parking is desperate, which is basically not nearby. The closest to the square, where there is never a place. The bank owns a private car park inside the block, but this is for VIPs only. And the entrance is too complicated, so it's not worth a short visit.

Branch as a whole quite ok ... except for one compartment .. cash desk .. when I'm next up my brain reports me .. run .. All bad experiences. The bank charged me fees, even if it didn't. Two years of solutions, e-mails, non-communication on their part. It might be resolved now, but it wasn't worth it. If I get paid, I immediately close my account. I do not recommend this branch.
