Reviews
A completely incompetent company with staff who do not know what they are doing. At each visit, the bank clerk (any) asks the manager what to do and then provides information that turns out to be false and misleading when he leaves the door. The branch in Říčany does not have a cash desk! The company offers an account maintained in euros, but without maintaining a current account you will not know what your balance is and how much it costs to maintain an account. In Italy and Germany, the ATM of the same bank does not display the account balance. Horrible experience and never more.
