I have never experienced a worse branch of Česká spořitelna in my life. And I didn't want that much - just deposit money at the branch because the deposit ATM in front of the branch doesn't work (for several weeks). Since there are no serial numbers at the cash register branch and nobody was there, I asked the cashier if I could. She replied: Well, what do you need ?! I already knew it would be wrong. To shorten it, we did not achieve the common goal. So I told the lady to let it go, I still don't have the money in my account, but I have a bad day for it. Of course, I did not receive any answers. On the other hand, I have to say that the temporary worker standing there was pleasant. Apparently she has a different approach to the customer than this witch who froze in communist times and should fall asleep every night with a book on the pro-customer approach under the pillow. Anyway, I can't imagine how drastic my experience would be if I wanted to handle something more complex in a branch than just a banality of depositing a bank account. Sorry, but I give you money and you like me? Not really ...

In the afternoon I wanted to withdraw money from my account at this branch. Oh! After welcoming the teen "usher" in a leather miniskirt with a zipper forward from top to bottom, I was sent to the cashier line. There were two cashiers. Cashier One. The shopkeepers sat there at the table and looked at the tablet two. Three more women were sitting at the computers reading something. There were five people in the queue. Of which 3 pensioners. They have nowhere to sit there. When I got on the line, I was told that I had to have a passport to withdraw money! That it is impossible without him! Finally, it will work, but I have to register my ID card. I haven't experienced this elsewhere in 20 years. When entering the citizen there was a problem when I had to confirm the signature on the tablet by signing el. pencil, but the box to sign was not active and could not be signed. I couldn't stand that anymore and left. Fortunately, the savings bank in the Letňany Shopping Center is one kilometer away, where not only were there two cashiers and not one person in the queue, but I got the money in a classic way in about 5 minutes. Therefore, I do not strongly recommend a branch in Globus, where they did not bother or apologize, let alone comment. The lady who does not have a professional attitude and does not manage the entrusted agenda. They lack much to communicate with the customer and affiliate management of the branch.

Depositer totally broken, constantly badly felt banknotes, voice mistakes. Nobody's doing anything about it. Wasted time.
