Very poor customer service. Doesn't even function correctly when you need the most basic help. Never any english speakers either.

Worst ČSOB branch I’ve ever been to. Staff is slow, unpleasant - won’t even allow you to open an account without prior appointment and will then proceed to mock and insult you. Furthermore, one of their ATMs has been offline for over a month. Best close it down.

Another of the bank's branches without a cash register. Catastrophe. You don't have a chance to deposit money into someone's account in the whole territory of Prague 7. The situation is similar in Prague 8 and 9.
