Visited closely before lunch on Thursday. There was just one account adviser free- Ms. Poberezhna. I would highly recommend. She offered great service, was very helpful and kind. So far my best experience from Unicredit offices in Prague. Thank u :)

Worst branch of the worst bank in Prague. When I went in for a new card I was asked by the lady to go to pick it up rather than have it sent to me as "that would require typing". I had to explain to her that as I work travelling 45 minutes across Prague was more of an inconvenience so could she please type in the new address. She presumably did not want to type as the card was not delivered. I called several times to try to find out where it was they kept telling me it was coming. I called to follow up today and was finally told by the lady on the phone that they had no idea where the card is and that "it's not my problem". I now have to go in to start the whole process over again, it's almost been a month and I still don't have a bank card. After all that the lady on the phone hung up on me without apologizing, I'm 80% sure that the card will not be there on Thursday.

Wouldn't recommend UniCredit to anyone, at least if you're used to banks that actually work like they should. Communication is poor, doesn't deliver within promised timelines. Online and Smart banking are both complete jokes that work occasionally and you won't be informed if they'll be down for any given time.

Apparently I carry wood to the forest, but with the approach of Miss M.B. I am completely satisfied. She even managed to explain to me in a short time the control of accounts via intrnet. Thank you bš
