Be careful when using their cash machines as a foreigner. When withdrawing money, it asks you if you want to be billed in your home currency. If you say yes, there is a fee (a percentage of the money withdrawn). This can quickly become very expensive. This process is unfortunately legal, in my opinion it is FRAUDULENT.

If your a foreigner, the ATM charges a fee. Total rip-off - this bank should be ashamed.

Terribly low efficiency. Only several people before me but still trapped me more than an hour to wait there. And no one takes the number. I can even say there could be someone cut in the line. The Worst bank ever.

Arrogant, incompetent, giving "advantageous offers", which are convenient only for them - and you will loose thousands of crowns. Check carefully everything you sign, as some of these "offers" are already implicitly included and the boxes crossed!
