I want to express my dissatisfaction with Adam Šimek, but perhaps also in general with the approach of the entire KB. I still understand that they are playing the snobbery - don't you have an appointment? so wait, and then he'll check me in when someone comes. What I don't understand anymore is a few of his steps in my situation. I went to my girlfriend to cancel the overdraft and current account on the basis of a power of attorney sent to me directly from KB. He first says that he will take the general power of attorney for today. Then he calls the internal infoline if the power of attorney needs to be officially verified by me while sitting here and there. Everyone knows this, not when he's the head of a department. Subsequently, I was amused that instead of telling me to send the remaining funds to the account elsewhere, because otherwise they would come in a month (30 days notice), he then told me superiorly that the account had already been canceled. At least I achieved my experience and better experience than at the OC Lužiny branch, but the philosophy of this bank is really appalling.

Hello, I want to thank Mrs. Marcel A very much for your golden soul. I have been with your KB company for more than fifteen years, but I have not experienced such a willing, kind, pleasant lady. Were it not for this great employee, I would probably be with the competition. Thank you again

The father at the branch solved a sad event in the family, when Mr. Bart and Mr. Prztrilka gave us incredible injections and helped everyone that needed to be dealt with. This is how I imagine negotiations with the bank. Thank you! Hrubantova
